7 don'ts after EAT

Don't smoke
Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher)

Don't eat fruits immediately
Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hour after meal or 1hr before meal.

Don't loosen your belt
Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.

Don't drink tea
Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.

Don't bath
Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

Don't walk about
People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

Don't sleep immediately
The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

For lovely eyes,
Seek out the good in people.

For a slim figure,
Share your food with the hungry.

For beautiful hair,
Let a child run his or her fingers through it once a day.

For poise,
Walk with the knowledge that you will never walk alone.

People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived,
reclaimed, and redeemed;

Never throw out anybody.
Remember, If you ever need a helping hand, you'll find one at the end of your arm.
As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself, the other for helping others.

My dear sisters in Islam, please take a look at this advice, so that
you can stay attractive and beautiful for the rest of your life.

1- To beautify your eyes, lower your gaze towards strange men, this
will make your eyes pure and shiny.

2- To have attractive lips, always remember to speak the truth.

3- As for blush and rouge, "Modesty" (Haya') is one of the best brands
and it can be found in any of the Islamic centers.

4- To remove impurites from your face and body, use a soap called
"Istighfaar". Insha'Allah this soap will remove any bad deeds.(Ameen)

5- Now about your hair, if any of you has a problem of hair split ends,
then I suggest "Islamic Hijaab" which will protect your hair from damage.

6- As! for jewellery, beautify your hands with humbleness and let your
hands be a power to forgive people who hurt your feelings. And the necklace should be a sign to pardon you fellow brothers and sisters.

teka-teki imam ghazali

Pada suatu hari, Imam Al-Ghazali berkumpul dengan murid-muridnya. Lalu Imam Al-Ghazali bertanya;

Pertama, “ Apa yang paling dekat dengan diri kita di dunia ini ?”Murid-muridnya menjawab, “ Orang tua, guru, kawan dan sahabat ”. Imam Al-Ghazali menjelaskan semua jawapan itu benar. Tetapi yang paling dekat dengan kita adalah MATI. Sebab itu sememangnya janji Allah SWT bahawa setiap yang bernyawa pasti akan mati. ( Ali Imran: 185 )

Kedua, “ Apa yang paling jauh dari kita di dunia ini ?”Murid-muridnya menjawab, “ Negara China, bulan, matahari dan bintang”. Lalu Imam Ghazali menjelaskan bahawa semua jawapan yang mereka berikan itu adalah benar. Tapi yang paling benar adalah MASA LALU. Walau dengan apa cara sekalipun kita tidak dapat kmbali ke masa lalu. Oleh sebab itu kita harus menjaga hari ini dan hari-hari yang akan datang dengan perbuatan yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam.

Ketiga, “ Apa yang paling besar di dunia ini ?”Murid-muridnya menjawab, “ Gunung, bumi dan matahari ”. Semua jawapan itu benar kata Imam Ghazali. Tapi yang paling besar daripada apa yang ada dalam dunia ini adalah NAFSU ( Al-A’raf: 179 ). Maka kita harus berhati-hati dengan nafsu kita, jangan sampai nafsu kita membawa kita ke neraka.

Keempat, “ Apa yang paling berat di dunia ini ?”Ada yang menjwab, “ Besi dan gajah ”. Semua jawapan adalah benar, kata Imam Ghazali, tapi yang paling berat adalah MEMEGANG AMANAH ( Al-Ahzab:72 ). Tumbuh- tumbuhan, binatang, gunung dan malaikat semua tidak mampu ketika Allah SWT meminta mereka untuk menjadi khalifah ( pemimpin ) di dunia ini. Tetapi manusia dengan sombongnya menyanggupi permintaan Allah SWT, sehingga banyak daripada manusia masuk ke neraka kerana tidak dapat memegang amanahnya.

Kelima, “ Apa yang paling ringan di dunia ini ?”Ada yang menjawab, “ Kapas, angin, debu dan daun-daunan ”. Semua itu benar kata Imam Ghazali, tapi yang paling ringan di dunia ini adalah MENINGGALKAN SOLAT. Gara-gara pekerjaan meninggalkan solat, gara-gara kita bermesyuarat kita meniggalkan solat.

Keenam, “ Apa yang paling tajam di dunia ini ?”Murid-muridnya menjawab serentak, “ Pedang ”. Benar kata Imam Ghazali, tapi yang paling tajam adalah LIDAH MANUSIA. Kerana melalui lidah, manusia selalunya menyakiti hati dan melukai perasaan saudaranya sendiri.
